Both teams seem fairly equal so far. Offensive play the most from both sides.

Maybe this match will be determined from endurance in second round?

As already posted, looks like a close match.

Ghana seems to be a very confident team, especially when thinking they are up against Germany, who has won the cup more than one time.

Yes, the more the better. Im a non-native English, and it seems im the only one, writing longer posts while watching the matches.

I would love to read longer comment from other players - especially those comming from the giant football nations.

Who knows? German counterattack from the start maybe?

The match commentators just mentioned that the German team has dedicated this world cup to a player who apparently committed suicide some time ago.

Conclusion

1 - 0 to Germany, winning a well deserved match.

Not sure if Germany lived up to my expectations, but then again, the team did deploy some fine combination-play.

The short moment where three german players linked the ball to eachother more than one time if I recall correct, while a Ghana player tried his very best to follow the ball, was an amazing football moment.

Also, Ghana is actually really good. Superb attack play.

Apperently both teams move on.

Finally, this match seemed like both teams was aware of not getting yellow/red cards.

Nice football.

I think its going to be a very close game but....

I'm gonna say a 2-1 win to ghana ^^

Although I would like germany to win their group so we can knock them out in the next round ;)

Germany - Ghana looks like a great game so far. No goals but its being played at a really high tempo and both sides are passing very well, with chances at both ends.

Mesut Ozil should have just scored when put clean through but the keeper managed a block with his legs, Ghana within a couple minutes then went back up the other end, switched the play from left to right with a brilliant crossfield ball and the winger then beat has man and put in a great cross although no-one connected.

lahm saved the ball with his arm as well on the line but he got lucky since no one noticed it, could have been red card and penalty
