Masterceo apparently your absence in Poland left you without proper perspective. While I agree on the highway and hotel issue - I'm more than sure that stadiums will be built on time.

Take a look for yourself. And sorry for the slight offtopic. :)

Wroclaw (this is the only stadium in Poland that might have a trouble reaching deadlines):

Oh wow, that's...surprising in a positive manner. Last time I was in Warsaw (about 9 months ago) not much has been done to be honest, but it looks like they did accelerate with the work, I'm very happy to see that...all tho you know Aquiller how things get done in Poland, everything seems fine now, but in the future some "problems" might occur. Hope not.

But about the highways I'm dead sure they won't reach the deadline, Poland will see the biggest traffic jams and accident rate in our history. That frightens me a bit.

BTW: just saw the Dutch team fly over my house in a Chinook and a Eurocopter, accompanied by what seemed to be a Alouette III and a Bell 412. Apparently they landed on a military airstrip to meet the queen.

What do you mean with the party is over? The Dutch team just (3 mins ago atm of writing) flew in a chinook over the 'museumplein' (museum square) in Amsterdam, over thousands of fans. They just landed at a Navy base, are having a boat trip through a part of Amsterdam with thousands of fans awaiting them.

Edit: Did you also saw the 'orange lion' they put on the side of that Cougar?

Yeah, pretty neat.
I even have a vid but but it was made with my phone so you can't see anything.
My father actually told me he met the team, because they landed in the military base right next to the NATO facility where he works. I should of asked him for an autograph from Robben :(

Link (in Dutch) to photo's of today. Fighter escort, being flown with a Chinook and a Cougar, speech from the PM, visiting our queen, military band, music artists, boat trip, and many, many (~500.000) cheering fans. I am sure they won't forget this day. BBC link
