I'm trying to watch this BRA-POR game but it's hard to care about such a boring game when it's not your team playing.

Meh, both the French and the Italians won the world cup quite recently. Most people on the board do not even know what it feels like seeing their national Team win the world cup title, although maybe they can get a pretty good idea from youtubing videos of Italians celebrating 2006 :razz: .

Id rather have Italy won their 4th star in 2006 and be eliminted in this world cup, than them losing in a quarterfinal match in 2006 and losing the final game in 2010.

I am not even mad at the players and the trainer, who admitted to have poorly prepared the squad for the world cup. How mad can you be at the traines and the players who got for your country the most sought after sporting title on the face of the earth only four years ago, when other fans support their team although they know there is not a realistic chance they will see their team go all the way in their lifetime.
