Its all a psycological mind trick... If England makes the americans belive in themselfs, they will hopefully win over Argentinia and that way England will come out 1st in the group.

Why are people disappointed? It was a damn good match....

All you English are just pissed that Rooney & Co aren't living up to the hype. However, you're playing Algeria next ffs.....we beat them 3-0 a few weeks ago so you're bound to regain some glory. Maybe Green could dribble the whole pitch and score a left footer for redemption :)

All you Americans are just pissed that group stages are based on points. Despite the fact that your defense was awesome, you got to trololo @ Green and Howard got man of the match for his win-keeping.

It was crap.

USA played well that Donovan chap should have got man of the match .
England were below par but to be honest they always seem to make Tournaments hard for themselves, hopefully they will pick it up a gear now , but i fear when the rest of the group see this performance they will fancy there chances against England and its going to be hard work.
