Well, just one for now. I present the FAB-250 High Explosive Dumb Bomb!

This new dumb bomb is 1/2 the size of our current 500 pound Laser Guided Bombs in the mod and as such, dose 1/2 as much damage. Also since its also a dumb bomb, its going to be all up to the pilot to get this baby on target as there is no guidance system to help it.

This bomb took me under 1hr to model, including all the LODs and cols and was textured by [R-DEV]Spush, with the testing and code tweaking done by [R-CON]Jafar Ironclad.

Not a very big update but thought you guys might like it all the same as its going to give a new twist to some jets in the future ;)

    Yeah! One question though. Will jets be able to carry standard 2 jdams and few of these puppies? 4 would be great and possibility to drop them in pair.

    You will have to wait and see, although the second pic in the OP is quite a big hint as to what we doing and why we have done this

    So its Q5 qantan, no mistery camo gave it away. Where this goes to Black Gold? Some others maybe ( wait and see much )

    I asked about j10 and its uber capabilities, can that be fixed somehow, cause its kicking migs arse right now.

    Its the Q-5 Fantan, not Qantan
    Surprised why anyone hasn't asked why it has dumb bombs on it where all the other Ground Attack aircraft don't

    And in time we hope to redo all the aircraft's code but I can't promise anything.

    you will have to wait and see, tbh even I'm not certian on the answer yet as there are a few ideas flying around, but these are mainly for the Q-5 since the Q-5 doesn't have any air to ground missiles like all the other attack jets up, so we put these dumb bombs on it to make up somewhat for them, as well as the Q-5 being faster and more manoeuvrable than the other attack jets

    WTF, we need a replacement for that laser guided bomb from the MiG for example, since that model is in reality a dumb bomb and not laser-guidable, guys... ^^

    Ye, the main reason for making this bomb is its physically smaller than the others. We do however need to make a new Russian/Chinese LGB model but very low priority and we have much bigger fish to fry

    TBH it would be a good thing for the community to look into since bombs are quite easy to make
