Breaking the seat limit

The seat limit of 8 players per vehicle was assumed to be hardcoded for a long time. However, it turns out that it just never got really tested properly. After looking at the code and giving it a test, we found out that the real hardcoded limit is 10...

Login server rework

Proxy everything!
The old 1.5 login and server-list server were still heavily based on the ancient GameSpy protocol. We did modify it in the past, but were always limited at how much we could do by having game servers talking directly to the server....
