Some map gameplay changes for v1.4

A lot of maps have been tweaked for v1.4 but I'd like to expose a few of my own making.

First, Ramiel Insurgency.
Mosques have been removed, ARF base's dome of death is bigger, some new cache locations, caches near ARF base have...
