Dear Fans,

It's that time of the month again. In association with TotalBF2.com, we are presenting new renders as well an exclusive interview. Everything you see below is part of the British faction being created here at Project Reality. Enjoy...

Also be sure to check out the Interview!

TotalBF2: One of your key features in the mod is that you intend to completely add the British army. Can you tell us about the arsenal of weapons and vehicles that we can expect to find?

Project Reality: You can expect the Challenger 2, Warrior IFV, AS90, Land Rover, Harrier, Tornado variants, Merlin, Chinook, Lynx,...

You can read the rest of the interview on the frontpage of TotalBF2.com (http://www.totalbf2.com). Be sure to join up on our forums!

Looks great as usual! I have yet to read the interview but will do so soon. The one thing that cought my eye was the harrier. The skin is too shiny, it almost appears chrome(though part of that may be the lighting, however it still appears to bright). Most pictures I have looked through have shown it as being painted a dull light grey, with a draker blueish gray color on top.

That aside, in Ghost Recon the british sniper rifle(LA... sorry dont now the official designation) was my favorite sniper rifle. I loved using it on that mission where you went into the city to find the downed helo pilot and then fall back to the embasy. That first building was always fun too take.

With the Harrier, please note that that is the render that caused this, we will make up with another render further down the line which will really show you how the skin looks :)

Thanks for all the positive comments guys!

Kind of late, but meh... lookin' nice, although Britain don't use the AV8B Harrier, that's the US Marine Corps version. We use the Sea Harrier GR3 or the regular Harrier GR7. Not much difference externally except the nose really.

You'll note that in our Media Gallery we have gone with the GR-7, the "AV-8B" labels on images in our February update were the original designation we had gone with, until we were sure which version we wanted to use. (Sorry for affiliating British with U.S. equipment, we respect national pride!) 8)
