Looks like there were a few issues in v1.1.0.0 (http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f604-pr-changelogs/126131-pr-bf2-v1-1-0-0-changelog.html), so we spent the day fixing them up, and we're now up to v1.1.1.0. Additionally, there's a few changes that didn't quite make it into v1.1.0.0.

The update will be released some time around 1300 PRT (UTC).

PR:BF2 v1.1.1.0 (2014/01/04)

BINARIES:

Added support for Amazon CD Keys. Please see this post (http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr-bf2-support/126154-could-not-find-recgonizable-digits.html#post1972331) for more information.


GENERAL:

Fixed issue with Insurgent/Taliban deployables.
Fixed adjustable sights in M72A7 and Insurgent RPGs.
Fixed Mortar HUD.


VEHICLES:

Fixed critical damage level on Chinese AAV.
Updated 9M117 to deal less damage against heavy armored vehicles.


WEAPONS:

Updated Mortar IEDs to kill FOBs instantly.
Increased ZPU4 overheating rate.
Decreased SKS recoil.


SERVER:

Fixed CD Key Hash logging.


LEVELS:

Updated Dovre

Replaced one Puma APC with a Puma IFV.




Updated Khamisiyah

Added Insurgency 16 (USMC vs Insurgents), Insurgency 32 (USMC vs MEC), and Insurgency 64 (US Army vs MEC) layers.
Changed flag layout on AAS32 to focus battles on city and balance assets.
Changed flag layout on AAS16 to focus battles on city and adjusted tickets.
Added USAF jets to AAS32 and AAS128 (US Army layers) to include the F-15E, plus some other balancing changes to assets.
Fixed construction site to prevent players from getting stuck.




Updated Lashkar Valley

Replaced one Puma APC with a non-respawnable ATV on AAS layers.
Replaced a .50cal Technical with a Rocket Technical on AAS layers.

Sometimes we fix things that are minor and don't need a mention in the changelog (to keep it from getting too long). For instance, the change to Shijia Valley was regarding bird effects. Somehow when you triggered a bird effect, 3 flocks of birds would fly upward. I fixed that so just one flock would fly up. Pretty minor but still needed to be done. Muttrah's change was probably something similar.

Yeah, me too. Enjoy the power of the Strike Eagle! Btw, in case anyone wonders, the F-15E requires two players and can be quite effective if used correctly so the MEC have two SU-22s per one F-15E. Again... enjoy. :)

been able to cap flags by 1 person ,and been able to cap flags while you are wounded .

Btw i just wanted to say this somehow most of the open map insurgency games i played were all too unbalanced. Like Kokan or Lashkar the insurgents just get blown away completely by 200 tickets difference. Any plans on rebalancing?

There's always plans, remember Kokan hasn't been back in for ages so we've not seen it in it's natural environment for a while. We'll review the play stats for every map and tweak accordingly.

Hopefully Lashkar and Kokan get improved. Insurgency needs a boost in equipment like more RPG's and such. I heard so many people frustrated on Insurgency in PR and they all try to switch to Blufor. So many critical comments on the insurgency mode in PR on the internet as well so it seems to be a common sentiment and pushes people to play AAS. I love Insurgency i just think it needs more balancing.

It's currently carrying 4 1000lb bombs as a placeholder for both of its real-life carrying capabilities. Eventually it'll sport 8 500lb paveways, which was its close air support/tank-plinking loadout historically; there might also be a loadout that packs 4 2000lb paveways (!!!).

Just loads of there is a problem with your connection still. This gets really annoying if it happens 3 times when you play.

Use that thread to discuss server crashes please. ('connection lost' usually means server crash). But I know, it's annoying :(

Is it a bug or a new feature because I didn't find this on change log when you spawn on other squad's rally point and you die right away? I remember 10.0.36 that you just spawned on nearest fob if you accidentally or purposely tried to spawn on other squad's rally point.

Charlie's Point and I was on VC's side. I was in squad 1 and after I died, I attempted to spawn on near me SQ 4's rally two times and both times I end up dead immediately (I was never hit by anything, just died right away as dead dead) and then I tried to spawn on SQ 6's rally point and I end up dead right away as well :D
Right from the map's start I was on squad 1 and never left it. I never jumped from SQ 1 to 4 or 6 or done anything 'unusual'. I just took an anti-tank kit and rushed to beach trying to hit landing enemy boats.
After all this nonsense I spawned in main successfully and quit.

If the mapper has not placed a CMDPost (the commander UAV station) on the map, you will encounter the following line of code:

killPlayer( player, False )

So basically the issue is up to the mapper... they need to place a CMDPOST somewhere at the main base or else you'll be killed every time you spawn on the wrong rally.

If your own squad has a rally, however, you should be teleported to that rally, at least according to the code.

AFSoccer has put a bug on our internal tracker to see if this can get fixed up, thanks for the report.

The player object is invalid - so it doesn't have a SetHealth method, among other things.

Bugs should really go in the bug section, but thanks. I've entered this into our bug database. However, no one on the team has adopted this map so unknown when/if it will be fixed.
