View Full Version : Landing a helicopter

Perhaps this has already been posted before (I guess it has, sorry if so) but when you land any helicopter on stable ground, (most likely it's helipad), then it tends to glissade into a forward direction, very slowly. I don't know why this is happening, but it doesn't happen if you're warming up the vehicle and preparing it to fly for the first time, but once you've been in the air and then land again, this bug occurs. Is it a bug or is it meant to be like that? Because if you try to adjust your helo when stationary on the ground when this happens, you'll have to swing your tail all backwards in order to stop your vehicle from moving.

What's with this?

Yeah I remember having read about it. It seems to be a known Bf2 bug, so probably not gonna be possible to fix.

Here's a thread about it. https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f26-pr-bf2-bugs/93831-0957-helis-sliding-forward.html
