Yes the British sold H&K after they upgraded the L85 to German investors.

well, actually after hk was sold to brits, it was not completely sold back to germany - there still some part of it that belongs to britain

. Where do they make enfiled guns these days. I know WW2 weapons used to be made in ICI. PIAT and Sten invented there.

Its a Machine Pistol that HK has been producing sence somewhere around 2000. Its a quick weapon 950 rounds/min, it was pretty much created to compete with the P90, and i think Germany is the only military to use it widespread.

The only guns that Enfield have made that are still manufactured are SA80's they are being made by H&K.

The Lee Enfield (T) is still a verry good sniper rifle, the best of its day and a SAS man was hit by a sniper in Oman by a Lee Enfield (T) wile they climbed a rocky mountain in full kit wile stoping a rebelion.

Hmm yea the Bundeswehr is the first and only country who use the hk7 active. But this weapon are not created to compete the P90 - More likely the M4... The M4 is to big, to use it in cars.... The US-Army are interesed in the hk7, too...
