I WANTED this aswell - the whole vehicle systems need to be overhauled.
They are too simple to fly. Need on board radar, landing geaers (controled by you), head lights, thermal cams and a couple of other features for both aircraft and tanks.,
A seconds crew member in Helicopter should act as a spotter adn naviagtor. He would be able to mark out a rout, that the pilot could follow. THis would enable him to avoid enemy hotspots, and anti air missiles. He could alos act as a gunner if the Lynx was carriering 8 TOW.

Not practical. Although this is Project Reality, you have to keep practicality and fun.
As for a gunner, im sure we will be seeing a version with TOWs that operate in much the same way as those on the Cobra.

America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.

I love this mod (better than anything else out there) But i also hate the it - mainly due the SHITTYNESS that is the BF2 engine. This is becuase it is incable of whipeing it's own ass let alone washing it;s hand (has good graphics but can do nothing else)!

P.S. the reason i suggested this is becuase when you take off in a plane or helicopter yu feel you are doign something a baby could do , with one eye shut. I want to feel i am at the controls of a highlyrefined and extremely capable fighting machine, that i have to show great respect/ care. NOT A BLOODY HONDA CIVIC!

there was a function in a release of Desert Combat on BF1942 that when a chopper took a certain amount of damage, the flying becomes crazy, and it starts throwing itself around before you died eventually. was good to autorotate and bail out into overgrowth cover and watch chopper go booom!!

In singleplayer, fill a blackhawk with bots, get some altitude, say "Bail Out!", watch the carnage.
