How difficult would it be to implement a MEDEVAC mission, utilizing an HH-60 Blackhawk, that the medic could fly into an LZ designated byt he BF Cdr or Filed Sgt, pick up wounded, and transport back to a predetermined collection area.
This could be the only place to recieve battlefield healing, whereas the medic on the ground would only be used for rescucitative purposes. |

Welcome to the forums. The Extraction gamemode we have now could possibly be used for a combat search and rescue gametype, though not necessarily aeromedical evacuation to a field hospital / aid station.
There have been other suggestions to have the medic only be able to stabilize (stop ingame bleed effect) and resuscitate, with actually restoring lost damage only able to be done at map aid stations or in medical vehicles. Trouble is, the maps are rather small. |

Speaking of medevac... why not a field hospital near the main base that would restore health? Medics would only be able to stop bleeding, and there'd be a penalty to both the individual and the team for KIAs. Players would be encouraged to get treatment.

It might be too much hassle for most players to find an aid station and heal. Much easier to die and respawn.
I like the medevac idea. Maybe some xtract maps will use a chopper instead of the SUV? Insert troops, secure area, neutralize AA and extract wounded/VIP. |

Ghostrider the spamzor!
I like the idea of medivac vehicles. A M997 FLA driving around healing people within a radius is something I have wanted for some time now. |

The gameplay of PRMM currently is WAY too fast paced to include such option as medevac. there would have to be several changes made before medevac would become a useful trait, otherwise medics would just be completely useless (why spend 1 minute driving back to base for meds when you can just die and come back in in 40 secs)

And don't forget CASEVAC for the British Army game mode.
Isn't there already a Samaritan modelled up for PRMM? That's the vehicle used by medics for the Brits is it not? That'd be a pretty neat feature. |
