Officially UNOFFICIAL release of the PR v0.5 Client

IMPORTANT REQUEST TO NEWS SITES:
PLEASE do NOT post this to your news sites. This is an intentionally "soft" launch of Project Reality v0.5 as a favour to our dedicated community members. We will be doing a more "formal" launch later in the day along with a website update.

Again please do NOT post this release announcement to your news site.

If you wish to mirror the files, please post your intent to do so into this thread including links to the hosted files. We'd really appreciate as much help with mirroring from reliable servers with good bandwidth capacities.

Project Reality v0.5 Quick and Dirty Release Announcement

Rather than wait for website updates and such, we're releasing the client files in .torrent form and have a single direct mirror available at this time.

More mirrors will follow this evening with the formal release announcement.

Client is about 1.6gb. You must uninstall Project Reality v0.4 before installing v0.5.

No patch for v0.4 to v0.5 upgrade will be made available for this release.

Player Guide Wiki will be updated with changelogs and such within the next 48 hours. So uh.. you'll have to fumble around in the dark a bit and rely on db's "new features" videos to get a quick rundown on the new features.

A section has been added to the Player Guide Wiki covering the major changes in v0.5, but is not a complete list of changes.

Don't bother bitching about why we only have a single mirror in place.... we could wait another 8 hours or so if you like
