Help. tired of searching

HI, I can't find any info on the sniper rifle(s) in game that have zoomable scopes. I killed a sniper in game took his rifle and it looked like no other rifle in game I have seen so far. It had a zoomable scope too that I found out about by accident. I think I hit the 3 button again in scope mode but not sure now. So... where can I get more informed on all the little things like that and... are there ?"pickups"? in game? I have been reading the forums like crazy and the search function isn't helping.

Sry about the long post, is there a manual or something? thx.

I have been reading that thx. any word on that weird rifle i had, it looked like the m95. not sure of the map I was on.

Does he mean variable zoom? Are there pickup kits like the anti-materiel rifle that currently have variable zoom?

It was the M95 Vengeance. AFAIK thats the only rifle with variable zoom in .4

.5 brings variable zoom to the other bolt action rifles.

ok, now we are getting somewhere. and yes i'm sorry variable zoom is what i meant. So, the m95 is in game, how many maps and how would you know if you came across it.?. Does it look like a sniper kit bag on ground? searching... greazy mullet??? this map is said to have the only m95 "pickup kit" in pr. is that right... thx... everyone.

well thx all. I guess few people are going to talk about it and some won't...thats fine with me. I just was looking for conformation on the maps it is in, or at least, a yes on more than one map. I have read basra, greasy and I know of one more map, I killed enemy, picked up his sniper kit and BOOM......... IT WAS A M95... so I'm looking on the map for it now.

so, that means two or three confirmed sightings.
