It should be kept as it is. However, more needs to be done to distinguish PLA from USMC. They're almost identical from a distance. British and PLA isn't as bad . MEC and USMC is the easiest. One is dark brown the other is light brown. Although on most maps (fallujah) this favours the USMC

I think the skins need to be reworked.

Have it increased just a bit I say. Those of us who have to run at medium/lower graphics settings will appreceiate it. On some maps/uniforms it is harder to tell at these settings.

I DON'T KNOW !.
I like it as it is but I don't like being shot at everytime I'm flanking or behind the lines.
Is it possible to make the tags show quicker when you aim ?
If so, I think that would be the best compromise because the mini map is only effective at a distance.
Sunset City, for example, is to tight an area for the mini map to help.
Over the last week my TK's have dropped to almost zero and I'm not getting hit as often, but perhaps a minor tweak is in order.

the main reason of tks is because the lack of common sense, why do they shot people that is running to the flag, NOT FROM THE FLAG!!!

and if he doesnt has seen u (because ur reflexes can cheat u) dont begin to shoting like hell!! u will save ur ammo, and get better concealment and awareness of the situation (and u will not being seen as an as****le)

the idea of showing the tags more quicker is really good as the one of the report call

The increase in 041 is not to vBF2 standards or anything.. it's going up to 30m (from 15 in 040). vBF2 is unlimited. At 30m it's not about "IFF" it's about keeping some orientation to your squad members.

The last minute issue we encountered with Punkbuster errors was around forcing the friendly tags to fade in faster, so we probably won't be messing with that again

the problem is eg on street when i was insurgents and some one on my team picked up a british engie kit. it completely transformed him even the skin colour is was like a completel mirror image but on our side.

Jack i saw something similiar on street also

What about taking the name tags away but when you aim at someone it will instantly show the green tag(instead of having a delay)?
