Like your thinking chief, basically how we run it ourselves but implemented within the whole Coalition? Although are we going to be joining together or just supporting each other? What exactly does each unit want from this?

Firstly, thanks for your responses, much appreciated, But I disagree with Jonnys idea of 'biggest unit', I think all units should vote on a leader
and then 2IC and 3IC, and other positions can be applied for, Also, I dont think ranks shall we implemented, i we will we do need them, how about just Enlisted, or commissioned?

I feel if we have enough members, air, Armour and infantry squads and dedicated drills would be a good idea.

oh, you want something a lot looser, I was thinking more of almost merging to really act as one unit, but with each clan managing their own members activity. I would have PTNs made up of people from each clan, but your way sounds a lot less, well, organised. The way mine would work would be that the three biggest need to agree on the big things, and the biggest has the most influence. But I can see how awarding the position to the best leader would work well, its the kind of thing we each try to do and what I want on a lower level.

What about one person from each of the three biggest are nominated by their clan and they decide who is 1ic, 2ic and 3ic? They are all represented that way.

I definately want a common agreement on ranks though. You CPT may not equal our CPT at all, so I am going to do something about that.

Our CPT - command of up to 96 ppl
our 1LT - same, but 2ic
our 2LT - up to 24 ppl
our SGM - same, but 2ic
our CSG/LCSG - up to 8
our SGT/LSGT - up to 6 ppl
our CPL/LCPL - same, but 2ic and not large scale manouvers.
