Re: European clan match - feedback.
awesome game. nice to have a real challenge for a change from the opposition rather than from weak team mates. It really felt like you weren't the only squad on the map doing something useful...
I'd do this again |

Re: European clan match - feedback.
Index of /~clanigi/br-match
BR files ^^^ Naming Method: year_month_day_hour_minute_second wish i could of stayed for korengal as i love that map but i was really ill last night(still am, posting from home not college). same time next week ? from the poll seems ramiel the baracuda next week. more coordination on TS would be good, but hard because of the random teams, also ill get the server to swap teams after game , dunno why it didnt. wanna keep same clans for now to refine the hole process , once we sorted and have a routine we can maybe have a 2nd server ect |

Re: European clan match - feedback.
IMO the only things you need to get squads working together is strong, dedicated leadership from a CO-type person (does not actually need to be CO, or an SL) and players that will follow orders every time.
So all SLs and the CO in one channel is DEFINATELY needed. |

Re: European clan match - feedback.
I'd prefer using key bindings so the commander talks to the whole squad he wants to talk to (it helps the SL immensely as he doesnt have to tell every1 to shut up)

Re: European clan match - feedback.
Sorry about 40C, leaving, 4 of the people who turned up had things to do, and one mic, was broken utter shambles on my clans part, truly sorry.

Re: European clan match - feedback.
That wont really work with EEF, our vent codec is much better than what most TS servers use, we just cant use TS at all. We usually use vent instead of VoIP, too. It will have to be just one person from us on TS, the rest on vent.

A few things about last night: - not a single mixed squad. (at least on the US side) I was really looking forward to playing with the other guys but everyone just jumped to a squad with their clan members. A big disappointment. - felt kind of like public play with more hardcore enemies. Honestly I was expecting a lot more. The fact that we had NO commander didn't really help. Overall it was fun but like I said, felt just like public play with better opponents. All the squads did stick together and I'm sure that the teamwork inside the squad was excellent (in every single squad) but I never really got the feeling that we were playing like a team. Maybe next time we should make sure that both teams have a commander?

I didn't realise the USMC had no commander....would have switched and done it myself We'll have to get a pool of volunteers for next time, perhaps give priority access to commander volunteers.

![]() Some guy on another forum- "I'm an athiest so i don't believe in the apocalypse. The rest of you are ****ed." To deny all the qualities of a being is equivalent to denying the being itself. A being without qualities is one which cannot become an object of the mind, and such a being is virtually non-existent. |
