Looking for a Fireteam/Clan/Squad...TACTICS AND DISCIPLINE

I'm looking for any group that is good with discipline and planning out your strategies before going into battle. I've been having problems with squadmates who don't have VOIP, don't follow orders, don't know what to do, are stubborn, can't understand what you are asking, get distracted, don't understand how important communication is, and are out looking for the short term victory as opposed to the information, position, and oppurtunity to win the battle.

I would suggest the 13th MEU, add a guy on xfire with the name of gilfus
