[Request] Modeling Tutorial - ie Tanks / Guns

Hey guys, I want to get started modeling so I can hopefully help out in some way shape or form. Most of the information I have found has been on MAP making. Are there any tutorials on how to make other items in the game, besides terrain?

Also, is there a list of things that need to be modeled?
