[Question] View distance in bf2 editor?

I have looked on bf2 editor forum but no luck finding the info i need. I don't now if its possible to set the object view distance WAY up ? its really a pain to work with when making a 4x4 map I constantly find my myself moving forth and back on the map to keep the different objects in correlation to one another

type in the top boxes (those three boxes)

renderer minculldistance XXXX[number, I do 2000 to be sure]

Something like that, itll pull up the correct spelling, etc, but thats how you get them. They wont be their highest LOD, thats prolly another three commands, but I dont know/need that one.

But, this will get all objects to show up. just increase, decrease the number to whatever you feel you need. They show up as lower LOD's, so its not a major hit to the system

Also, remove fog, increase the view distance[in one of the preferences menus, i think?] so you can see far enough through the fog/invisible stop rendering EVERYTHING line it draws.

Did you do this part of what I said? Thats what gets objects to show further out to the end of the map...

Ummm, not sure? But anyway, in the editor, this is much more needed and noticable, as everything is set to dissappear unless you are almost like, right on it to help save memory. The editors a bit more of a hog than BF2...

As far as editing the init, I kinda dont think it'll work...
