[Map] Korengal Valley [WIP]

Maverick551 and I have been working on a US vs. Arabic Militia map set in the Korengal Valley of Kunar Province, Afghanistan. Right now, we're planning a fairly large map featuring the first Militia aircraft (yet to be determined), as well as a few other surprises that should make the Arabic Militia a far more formidable force than in .5 Basrah.

Attached is the current map candidate for Korengal, thanks to Google Earth.

Arabic Militia? Are you making a new faction?

Because Insurgents do not use any combat aircraft that i am aware of (could you give a link to a source?) and the Militia that the devs created do not operate in Afghanistan.

otherwise, i would love to play a US vs [insert unconventional faction] in a greener landscape

Technically they are a russian militia, but they could be put in any circumstances and have the voice overs changed (or ignored).

Overall this looks like a very interesting idea, can't wait to see how it pans out.

There was an Arabic militia in the old Al Basrah (US vs. Militia) - that faction should still be intact in the editor files, unless someone was obtuse enough to delete them when Basrah was revised.

Those were insurgents with a few more models and different weapons not the militia
