Maybe you should work non-stop for 24 hours to finish this?

I've finished the main model and I'm interested in mapping the material, but I find it a hassle. Anyone have a quick and easy way to open up each side of the vehicle so I can use Photoshop to trace and make the bump maps in reference to the dimensions of the model?

Look smashing, always great to see superior community models/aniamtion ext. to the EA stuff.

If you look at the ref. photo and most photos of the LAV, there is alot of stuff in the carrier buckets on the turret and strapped to the main side of the vehicle.

WOuld it be atall possible to model some of this on your fine creation, even mabey including a nice 7.62mm machine gun, just like in your first ref. photo?

1 Grab a SAW
2 Find the highest hill/building around a flag
3 Move there, stay there, Spot, call out, attack marker... SAW!
4 For god sake go from high ground to high ground! NOT bottom of a valley to open field to gully!

In that cause I'll give you all an update:

The colors seen on the model are just a concept and will not be on the actual model if in game. To answer your question about having a lot of stuff on the sides of the turret, I'm not too sure. I'm already over the recommended polygon limit, not by too much as I'm sure peoples computers can handle it these days, but I don't plan on pushing it any higher than it already is. I've left one of the hatches open for a possibility of a machine gun placement, so it's needed it can be added. I’ve finished a low detailed inside for the 1st person view of the passengers in the back, but I’m waiting on hearing what my limit is on that, so I can add more detail.
