[Map] Karkand Airport [WIP]

This is a small project I've been working on over the past few days. Its more of a "test" map for me to see how the editor works than an actual product of work.

I based the entire map around one road sign, which said "Karkand Airport" on it. Really, a great source of inspiration.

Any comments, suggestions, or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Here are a few screenshots of the map.

Its good, just the object placement is kinda eh for the airport. Look for the ATC tower in the files..

The map is well made, the roads, the buildings and etc... But it is too small, so now you know how to map, you should try bigger maps, like basrah size or more like kashan.

About the airport, 2 strange things, the airplane is bigger than the lading-strip and that tower in the middle of the lading-strips, a plane would crash on that at landing.

And yeah, that cargo plane is too huge to fit in.

Thought about both of those.
Really wasn't thinking when i did it.

Is it possible to make a vehicle "static", so that it could take the place of that plane yet not be used by anyone?

Yes, look under objects/vehicals and should be easy from there

Right-o, definitely gonna change that, and perhaps add some more static objects around the buildings.

One question:

If you guys take a look at the 6th picture down, you'll see that the roads overlap in a non-normal way. It looks really odd. Don't know any way to fix it.

Anyone have an idea?

you should use the intersection statics and connect your roads with them.
