[Help!] Hud Effects when health is low

Hello all. I love the pr mod and I play it a lot. I think it is better than bf2 in every way. As a modler myself I really have been struggling to locate the files responsible for the effects you see when you die in bf2, where the screen gets blurry. Or in project reality where the screen gets black and white when your health is really low. I don't know if the shader files or python is responsible. I just need to know the exact name of the files so I can open them and edit them. I'm not inexperienced when it comes to modding bf2, but this area(hud effects) is an area that I am unfamiliar with.
And if at all possible, how I could attach hud effects to health levels.

I have looked everywhere, and either have found nothing, or have been given no response. Posting here is my last resort, if no guidance is shared then I effectively have no way to continue
