Added binoculars to AA kits so they can spot aircraft more easily.

With the reversal of damage system, will we see also the SMG's back (those, which were removed especially from main insurgent kits due to obsolacy due to the 1.4.8 damage system)? I personally would be glad, because apart from making insurgents more different from blufor, I found them also quite usefull.
