The exe requires the following registry entries:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 OA
or
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 Reinforcements

I don't know what entry A2 Free uses, but if you export it, rename it to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 and import it again you should be good to go.
Can somebody tell me how to do that thing ^

@ Deadfast

Please take a look at this and let me know if its ok to release or not. Add or remove what you think should be there.

You can leave out all of the command line stuff because praa.exe will do that for you automatically and it might just serve to confuse people. Other than that it's pretty good!

Yes I get what you're saying. It might confuse people but its necessary to be able to combine A2F and OA to CO:L. Its not needed for PR though.
