They were great actually but i seen most of them before as i am fun of military tech and hence the line in my post, hehe

May i ask why the soilders have rags over there helmets?

Is there a reason for it or to make them look funny.

Im just looking for answers.

It is designed for breaking the silhouette of the soldier's helmet. Highly clever I may add, even though it looks funny.
