On one map today we had a huge problem with not enough infantry squad-leaders for all the objectives. At one point -76- joined the server and, while we were in the midst of intense combat, quickly and kindly agreed to help split my squad, lead a new squad, and coordinate capture/defend, transport, and RP placement etc across two objectives. He did this rapidly, calmly, with no drama, and I knew my guys would be in capable hands. Thanks 76. Thanks as well to all the team-members that game. Awesome teamwork.
Thanks as well to Sighter who led the only other infantry squad. Your coordination with our squad was critical mate and Opfor couldn't have won this round with you. Cheers, Swedge |

Time to get this thread up again. Thanks goes to cabbage who did a nice job on eagle claw, leading a (opfor) squad with (iirc) a bunch of newish players giving nice hints and help all the time. Win was ours.
Thanks to the squad mates too, was lots of fun and i haven't seen such nice wall-stacks for some time |

I'm one of those new guys to PR and recently joined the RGG clan.
This decision came because i was in Xatu Miller's squad when i was playing for the first time. He explained a lot to me and makes his squad work together as a team. Lots of fun and tactical gameplay. What more can a man wish for? edit: i hope to make it as a decent squad leader one day as well |

Big thanks to [US]Pope on this round of Sisyphus about 18 hours ago.
He communicated on Command Channel and coordinated with our squad, took care of his men, showed aggression and initiative in pursuing and capturing enemy objectives, and played a critical role in Opfor turning the game around and winning that round. Thanks Pope. Look forward to playing with more great Squad-leaders like Pope and his men. Cheers, Swedge |

Thanks to Hurtz and Leon for being FTL/2ICs on Eagle Claw on the weekend!
It was a large squad and it was really great to delegate the leading of 2x4 member FTs to these guys whilst I sorted out some command problems and called in air support from the safety of the RP. Okay it was more that my constant chatter was getting these guys killed at Takmyr. Thanks also to Mayr and co-pilot (sorry forgot name!) for the nice Apache air support. As I said in another post, 2ICs like these guys are worth their weight in gold/bullets. Really good to see Leon stepping-up to SL more and more. *stares at Hurtz to SL* P.S. As a side note Leon, I only forget the RP when you are in the squad. It's the fear of the inevitable "Ahhh rabbit ...'x' won't work", that makes me lose the RP ...honest! |

Actually Rabbit I do SL quite a bit now but prefer to join squads with SL's that have more experience than me so that I can learn the ropes, pick up pointers, learn other tactics etc. You, Swedge, Leon, Sighter to name a few. Props to you for the great SLing during the event this weekend, It was a pleasure to serve with you even though we had some pretty difficult circumstances.
