For PR:BF2 I have had to upgrade my computer, many times, to get the amount of immersion into the game as I had found originally, in terms of shadows, FPS and smoothness of picture (Anti-Aliasing). Now I barely got my rig the way I want it for ArmA2.

Will PR:ArmA2 cause me to upgrade, yet again to achieve immersion? And could you tell us and reasonable recommendations for the upgrade of our computers to achieve immersion?

P.S. Back when PR had ambient sounds, I used to make a local server and sit in it as a screen saver of sorts just to relax and take my mind to another place. This is what I mean by immersion.

Graphic quality and performance affect immersion and enjoyment greatly.
