You should see if you can purchase Combined Operations. It includes both Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead and may be cheaper than if you buy the games separately.

Looks like Combined Operations is not sold in Russia, at least not that I can find. Mostly they sell separately Arma2 and OA.

He can buy on Steam, or Gamersgate, Sprocket, but it costs more than it cost in Russia to buy separately.

if you have two version it automatically goes to CO


Also if you don't have much money you can wait until it goes on sale

I also heard you might be able to do it if you download Arma 2 Free and than buy Arma Operattion arrowhead (operatsia strela I think) Although the textures will be really crappy as a result
