Default [Help] Running Custom Mods

I am currently working on a re texture of the M113 APC in IDF colours and insignia, and I read somewhere the best way to test re-textures ingame was to make a new mod in your ArmA 2 folder. I have done what seems to be correct, yet I cannot run ArmA 2 with this mod, as I do not know how to edit the shortcut to include my mod.
Any help would be appreciated

Armaholic - FAQ

You can also launch it with the "expansions" option in the main menu if you have the folder set up.

Even easier solution than shortcut: Armaholic - Misc and utilities - ArmA II Game Launcher

Also there are already pretty nice re-skins for pretty much all current OA units with IDF colors: Armaholic - Modules - Israel Defense Force

What is really missing in the game is actual models for soldiers, vehicles and weapons used by IDF that do not already exist in OA (though for TAR-21s there's RH HK416 pack that has the important ones).

Of course the M113 is no longer used as a combat vehicle - Most use it'll ever see is carrying logistics, radio, HQ, etc - Generally stuff that will never go anywhere near the line of fire nor see actual combat. Thus they're also probably never going to be armed with any heavy weapons either, because if an M113 needs to use its weapon it's probably already on fire...

You don't mess with the Zohar!

Thank you very much for your help , I can assist you. Is there anyway I can contact you (other than the forums)? it's easier and won't change the main subject of this thread.
