Really we just meant ranking as in you have to have played for a certain amount of time before you get to use good vehicles. And imho, that is more realistic than the current system, because the US military would never allow jow blow out of boot camp to go and fly a 1000000 helicopter

I'm fifteen. I don't expect special privileges but be patient. I am slow. Some days more than others.

Gameplay > Realism

With BF2 they made the game realistic and fun, guess what isn't in BF2:PR?

Preeeeety sure there is going to be more then just helo's to move from place to place. Take a breath and slow your little heart. We get it. I'm sure the devs have this already in mind.

If ranking is implemented in some form, then ranks should be taken into consideration only when selecting commanders and leaders, not snipers or automatic rilfemen

Nah, just things that roll.

M1A2 that costs 4 million and requires less than a year of training.

I still would rather see this left out and either something else put in its place or just have admins deal with the problem kids.

seems like a cool way to do it. i hope that ppl realize that his wasn't a complaint thread at all, it was more of a question. English is not my firstest language so sometimes things come out wrong.

If you have to play for Weapons like BC2 or Vehiclew it's the same crap

I hate some Domi Server with that ...

Americas Army Style is great - then you learn how to use the Vehicles - But please no Ranking with Kills or Time

We took off the rank system on the evolution server I used to help run because of the amount of hassle it was when there were few folks on.

What happens when one side has captains and the like that can access air assets and the other side is full of privates that cannot drive an apc? Yes you could force balance the sides but it creates a level of administration that isn't needed if you have admins on who kick those who aren't contributing to their teams goals. Just like how BF2PR is, a server admin can just boot the guy who logs in, hops in the A-10 and flies it into a mountain.

No need to make it ranked in my opinion and I hope that if the Devs do put in a rank system that it is able to be disabled by the server admins.
I think what he means is to have a "license" system so a random tard can't come around and go flipping about air assets. I think he also means not a rank system but a course system where players get certain types of vehicles unlocked not after having a "level" but by completing a course or something else that will prove that you are capable of operating the thing.A system like that is my most prioritized suggestion.

The internet makes you stupid.
