I would love for logistics to be a major command function which could detriment an advancing army if ignored.

I used to dig and unload as a 1345 for the USMC, loved it and hopefully there will be some similar tasks I can do. BF2 PR I usually try and get the engineer kit and do my thing, but Arma2 has the ability to have more detailed jobs, which is really exciting.

Not a lot of destroyable bridges though from what I have seen, which is a pity. Perhaps the A2PR folks can make that happen.

I could see the logistics commander being the only one who could set up a firebase or FARP (fuel, ammo and repair point) for the team besides the overall commander. This gives importance to logistics and forward base deployment. Maybe even have logistics set up the artillery but have the overall commander be able to designate fire missions.

The command apc could be the deployment for the UAV command and artillery command possibly and also be the object the overall commander interacts with for all command functions.

So many possibilities.
