Post Bunch folliage

This is realistic, a dedicated sniper team bunches up grass and weeds to conceal their position . I'm suggesting exactly this, make it possible for anyone to look at the ground, press spacebar and select a option to bunch up grass on his position. This could be scripted by spawning a small green bush on his position with a 20 second waiting time so it isn't exploited.

I've thought about something similar. This would be useful for concealing different positions, not just for snipers. You could hide a FO more efficiently for example. As long as a feature like that wouldn't be very taxing on the server/client hardware, I'm all for it.

There is few problems here.

Biggest one is limit of graphic engine or maybe hardware.
Graphic is to sharp on distance comparing it with reality. So such object will stick up anyway.
It could be worked with PP effect which ad blurriness on distance what will make such object perfectly and realistically blended to background but majority still don't have such hardware that we could force minimal PP effect as rule.

So technically it is possible to make it perfect but not in mas scale.
Also right now we have problem of overpowered snipers so giving them more possibility to hide you will practically give them more advantage what will made more unbalanced.

Even it is good idea but will be placed on end of the list of priority and it is requesting to fix some other problems before.

About FO you now have possibility to set up cammo net. It is easier to destroy but in forest could bland with treas what make it impossible to spot from distance.

I don't think snipers are overpowered, people just havent adjusted to squad gameplay and there is hardly ever any teamwork with firesupport like there is in BF2:PR. Snipers are supposed to out power a rifleman running across a field without support. Its all about tactics, and if you want to survive you either need to stick to the forest, keep moving or be in a vehicle. People die in war, nerfing snipers makes the game to easy.
What needs to be nerfed is the infinite range RPG without any bullet drop.

On a side note, minimum post proc gives me no performance hit on 5770, which is considered low end today.

RPG range is 900-950m after that they just blow up because of the 4,5 sec fuze, just like in real life, and they certainly do drop. Only thing that needs changing is the fly path the RPG takes, it should be spiralling instead of going in a straight line.
