Does anyone know any settings you can change to raise the FPS on the camera?

I've notice that sometimes when I start facetracknoir that I get around 15 fps. If I then shut it down and startup the webcam software (mines is Logitech) and then restart facetracknoir, that it'll go back up to 30+. Just restarting facetrack itself won't give me the same results.

Also, Arma ALWAYS crashes the first time I try to run it after I start up facetracknoir. Second time it works like a charm, always. Does this happen to anybody else?

Everything ran smoothly after the update.

Do you have a link for this update?

Installed my new webcam, and its still choppy as hell ?

@ Rezza .......... careful I may just have to give you a

Yep, works, but I get a huge delay! After moving my head the delay is about 3 seconds until the ingame dude starts moving his head... Dammit.

15FPS cam but its smooth and the preview window updates waay faster then 3sec.

How do I set the "standart" position? So the calculations go from that position? Right now, when I activate the freetrack in "controls" it makes me already zoomed out and looking all the way down, which is bad.

Use mumble nubs.

15fps cam is not going to pull it of ingame though ?

Also I take it you have Loaded the Default Arma settings loaded in there?

Ie, File / Open / Arma - gives a good start setting.

As for the update, you need to delete the old .exe, in your folder, and then copy and replace the update straight in the folder

15 FPS are fine but the problem was that smoothing thing. As soon as I deactivated that extra-smoothing option thing became jerky as hell, but the response was quick, nearly real time.

I guess a better cam is cheaper then TrackIR, hehe.

Use mumble nubs.
