well... seeing that PR:BF2 games last abour 1-2 hours how long would a PR:A2 game would lasts.
i would guess 6 hours? but who would sit on a computer for that long >.> |

I've been part of game where it would be 24 hours long, though it usually taxes the hell out of the server doing it, especially when tracking that many players.
It is a lot of fun though and I could see there being many an epic battle for areas in Arma2pr |

The difference between the 2(ALTHOUGHT i haven't played for a long time) is that BF2:PR has tickets, while Arma 2 doesn't. Alas, BF2:PR has a round limit too, but AFAIK it is a server side setting and mission maker too.

Another reason I wouldn't mind if the Arma2 version of PR had tickets as well, since if it didn't then folks could be overly cautious and make games last too long for most folks to stick around for.
It is one of those balancing acts between realism and fun playing in which I think fun should get a bit of an upper hand. |
