TBH , I don't play ArmA2 online for a number of reasons , the two primary ones being that most public servers are a shambles with ArmA2 being played more like BF2 than a simulator yet on the other hand , servers that do offer realistic team oriented online game play can sometimes take the better part of a day from start to finish.
One extreme to the other. So I play SP most of the time and find the AI (even with their faults) to be as reliable and attentive as most online players and better then some. I enjoyed my online BF2 PR experiences as the game seemed to move right along and the squad based system really made the game stand apart from all other FPS's. Enough realism to satisfy the needs of most of us. So my questions to the developers are: Will you be implementing the squad based system? Will you be offering SP /Co-Op game play? (already built into ArmA2) Will you impose some kind of time limits (ala tickets in BF2) to move things along? Just curious. Txs |
