Well games like Eve online, ww2 online etc have thousands of real players. im not 100% how the combat is done and if you can actually interact with all the players but the technology is there. So im thinking pretty soon, as for ArmA 3:PR, by that time we might as well be hoping for PR2.

You dont really have a "physical" object in eve as everything except the spaceships are calculated through different stuff, and they also have bigger servers of course.

But its just a question of time before it happens, the next ten years will do alot, I mean just think what you did sit with in 2000 it was crap compared to a new weak computer today.
