Well reguardless- We can finally have that really cool scene where the PR pilot has to eject and fight his way to friendly forces!

Also, I BELIEVE when the BLUFOR get planes, the pilots will
A) not have pilot kits
Though I DO love the current system, it would be nice for atleast the beginning of this mod to be a bit open(up to servers to control "lines for aircraft")
B) Because there's no pilot kit, the pilots will be armed
And considering that the PR:ArmA team could make a specialty kit(really not much different from assault, except that it has a parachute) it could really take away from nubs hopping in trans helos with pilot kits and sky diving(once those kits come around)
C) Feel more secure.
Even going about the clouds with my A10 never felt too safe with a MiG prowling....
Not to even MENTION the huge AA spam. In this mod, with ejection a real possibility- I'm not exactly thrilled to leave my ground commerades with no air support(I never was anyways and never will be), but atleast now instead of having to bail out of a moving jet- I can safely eject

We can only hope. But I DO hope that for this new mod, they include the F35B for the British CAS and AA for the baddies. (Who will be the first to "test" the new ejection system(and need it)?

If you made pilot kits high value, as in only say 4 spawn per game, you could make it so if the pilots eject the enemy can capture them and blufor has to rescue them.

Good plan... But i think most gamers would rather just shoot the pilot.

Setcaptive? They'd probably still shoot him, make a trigger give them point for a capture and take them back to base for interrogation, where they will respawn.

About Specialty kits, you can create a script to FORCE a loadout, just remember to allow the ability to take enemy weapons just in case

setcaptive is a command that lets "other AI" not shoot the enemy AI or a player that runs that command true script or the initialization box of the unit himself. But there is a way to script that if somebody comes up to you he can hit a action that forces you to put your hands up. Or you can just cooperate and bind the surrender key to your keyboard and put your hands behind your head yourself..

If you are a captive and you shoot an enemy, you loose points, correct?

That i don't know... Most of the time when playing ARMA i don't even bother to check out how manny points i have

But let me test it. And see what happens.

EDIT: You will still get points when killing a guy thats initialized with the setcaptive command.
