Yeah it kinda does, but every other time I get killed in the process.
I think it rotates more than 360 degrees really fast, which is why I die instantly.

Found myself locked to the view of backseat of a technical that doesn't have a backseat, and I could see my avatar outside the technical and control it. Although I could not enter the vehicle anymore. Seemed like LMB etc didn't work. This happened while entering the SPG position and pushing map-key at the same time.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Q: Do you need a .50 cal or a satchel to get rid of a tunnel entrance?

I emptied 6 clips, threw 12 grenades and shot 4 HE203 shells at it.
Didn't even leave a dent.

Q: How does strela work? I had a chinook flying directly at me, I got the locking sound and fired my only rocket. It flew straight into a mountain instead.

Q: How does one become invincible? Had a guy manning static AT, did not die. Had a guy looking at a map, did not die.
Very annoying.

If it takes many rounds of a .50 cal, that means it would take a !@#!load of rounds from any other weapon. .50 cal does a lot of damage compared to 7.62 or 5.56 weapons.

If your strela flew straight, it probably lost the lock right before you pulled the trigger. Can be annoying sometimes... Can happen with javelin too.

No idea about invincibility. Though people manning gunner positions getting into "seriously injured" state were allowed to continue firing as normal, making them very very hard to kill. Could have been fixed in 0.15 though, haven't tested it.

You sure they were still in-game? Could be a bug. I sometimes see "dead ppl", I suppose they are ghost or what not. I guess the player left the server or re-spawned and the old avatar just stands middle of nowhere. Shooting them does nothing...

Quite sure they were alive yes.

First guy: Ten meters from me, talking on VON, something about placing an asset somewhere. I assume he was looking at the map. Anyway, shot him in the head three times and he screamed enemy! and ran inside a building.

Second guy: About 600 meters away, manning my static AT. Opened fire on him, clearly hit him over five times. He stays there for another few seconds and then walks off like nothing happened.

Digging this up.

Q: How many people can actually be in one squad? Seen this figure vary from map to map.
Q: Why does it sometimes say a squad is full when there is only four players in it? 4/4.
Q: Are there any downsides to allowing more than 6 people into your squad? Other than the obvious increase in managing responsibilities for the SL and having just one RP instead of two..three.

A: Squad leader decides squad limit. 4/6/8/10/12

A:Main reason is like you said the RP's, having two squad with both 12 spawn tickets is better than one big squad with only 12 tickets. Another downside is that the group channel could get clustered with 12 people in a squad. It also gives you more tactical(Flanking etc..) options when you have two independent squads.
That should answer your questions.

This has happened to me in vanilla Arma 2 a few times, as well as in Citylife (Killer blew the car up 4 minutes after I made it for him because he was stuck looking backwards). Not sure how to fix it as there were many different methods thrown around and none seemed to work. Hopefully this will be addressed even though I have absolutely no clue how or why it happens.
