Cobra armor on Muttrah.

Yesterday I shot the cobra with an Rifleman AA Missle, just a single missle killed it..
If I fly the Huey I can easily take 1 Stinger missle, and just fly to the carrier.

So isn't the armor to weak for an expensive attack heli?

I don't know if there is a diffrent version of the Cobra on Muttrah so thats why I said in the title. And can't find a specific forum about this, so feel free to move it.

I believe the huey is bugged. Sometimes the disabling feature never occurs even when the chopper is on fire.

The Cobra is not like the Apache - it is a LIGHT attack heli, it's incredibly fast and a good pilot should be able to break a lock using Flares & flying away quickly.

A decent Cobra pilot shouldn't have been flying slow enough for you to hit him with the LAT

He deserved to die :P

Because of how the air to air missiles work, they detonate at various distances from the chopper, sometimes instantly destroying it, sometimes badly hurting it, and somtime just exploding and doing nothing, it all depends on the position of the flares really, if you've even deployed them.

Now with direct fire, such as hats or lats, and chopper will go down immediately, and if it doesnt, it certainly should.

No, I didn't mean LAT but the AA (SA-7)..
