On this map, it was either on North Rock or Rock Fortification, there is a hole in the hills on the fortifications. Once you fall down, you cant get back out unless you have a Specialist somewhere near. I'm not sure if the developers did that on purpose or what but it seems pointless and you can see outside of buildings inside the bunker fortification if you know what i mean. Your only option is to sucide to get out.
