I'm wondering why civilians still have such a long spawn time even when they are intentionally shot by a US/UK soldier. Even with hands up, when you are shot, you still have to wait an inordinate amount of time. Isn't this somewhat counter-intuitive? I can understand having a long time when you are arrested, or when you have a medic bag out, but otherwise, it should remain a normal length of time.

Long respawns discourage people from using civi's as human shields. Or civi's that run around trying to get shot.

restrict the civi like medic kit, lower spawn time and give the BLUFOR the large spawn time.

if you use civi the right way, numba 1 you wont die, numba 2 youll cost the BLUFOR ALOT of points. just get your self another civi. two civies walk around if 1 gets shot the other revives. you can also lure BLUFOR to ambushes, makem shoot you then get revived (they loose points) etc. teamwork in PR is magnified for civi. i guess the only thing you could do is ...make it a harsher punishment for the BLUFOR if tehy shot you...

1. you wont die ??? i constantly see people just killing ever civi on sight.... this would be reduced ALOT if they where given the 3 min spawn time or what ever it is.
