Stability of PR servers

Does anyone find PR servers very prone to crashing . the certain server i play seems to crash multiple times every day . has anyone noticed this across other PR servers or is this a bad problem with the server i play at

I've been dropping out of games more frequently since 0.86 and I'm getting a bug which makes the surroundings go all white now.Not sure if it's the servers, the patch or my system.
