Everything is fine the way it is. Leave it alone and just accept it. If you, first of all, don't have a drop on everybody else as a sniper then you probably aren't doing a very good job. Being a sniper takes alot more than just trigger pull, you shouldn't go toe to toe with a SAW unless in urban combat. If that were the case you should have a spotter or a small unit for backup. If you have a marksman or sniper on your fireteam or squad and somebody get's the drop on you then they aren't doing their job and you should probably find a replacement.
