Players can piss around with anything in the mod.

I don't think door gun ammo is an issue in PR, also helicopters engines already give away their positions.

Now I'm glad you've raised this point because I have an answer to that;

Yes, you can hear a chopper but on maps like Archer for instance, you can't tell where it is exactly... Unless you can hear a distinct side-cannon firing, or see biiiiiiig red tracers saying HERE HERE SHOOT ME!

No - atm when there's a Heli around, you can hear it, and you're either thinking "There's a Heli around somewhere!" or "Damn sound bug"

That makes no sense. If you can't tell where a helicopter is from it's engine sound you shouldn't be able to tell from the sound of it's guns either.

Agree on First 1.

Second one - tracers move, and go for a long way. they aren't just where the gun is, the helic an be behind a hill, and you see tracers coming from over the hill and you know the Heli's there (especially with BHs, seeing as the miniguns have very distinctive tracers)

Third one - I always get sound bug and it is hard to tell on a map with lots of helicopters on such as Muttrah, & you're not really listening because you're trying to fight the enemy. It can be very confusing.
