You dont fly with a keyboard and mouse in reality.... JoyStick should be the only answer if you are directing this poll toward pilots.
All other operations are with Keyboard and Mouse. Fragmandan |

 best joystick ever since its blue, it has to be blue, everything blue, BLUE! The throttle is great for tank driving too, once you get the hang of it. (clutch key is very useful if you want to stop and keep standing still) |

I drive tanks and cars in ArmA with mah FF steering wheel, but not in PR.

 With throttle on keyboard and rudder(I just cant use the throttle in bf2, its crap ingame.) Works for me
