if we've established that its more powerful than an ak, can it get one hit kill? or at least some addition to kit, like a mine or ammo or field dressing.
my thoughts exactly, lee-enfield vs l85 iron sights == l85 iron sights wins. heck they can just bunny hop to cover as you work the bolt, or just run.

It was a little rough, but wasn't that bad. Still makes more sense to have the Mosin over the Enfield though. Mosins are a little rough anyway since the last time they were made were the 50s.

Which is why I said I didn't mind it for afghanistan insurgency, but for militia it doesn't fit. India used the enfield for a long time, so having it in the afghanistan ops isn't out of context, but when the militia is not near there then it makes little sense imo.

More about the militia than the insurgency, in iraq they have a lot of SVDs so you don't see as many bolt actions anyway.

From what [R-DEV]Nosferatu tells me, the PPSh is extremely rare in Russia these days. But giving it to the Militia, still seems far from being as daft as having a supply of .303 rilfes in the former Soviet Union. Personally, I'd love to see the iron sight carbine version of the MN, for the Militia engie and a scoped sniper version for, you guessed it, the sniper if there isn't already (haven't played sniper for Militia on 0..

I hope nobody comes in to say, "maybe they had them (303's) imported especially, coz they totally own the Nagant!!!111" because I will just laugh.

whats your opinion on upgrading the lee enfield kit? in terms of damage, or an addition to the overall kit.
