A bold change, and it sounds like it can improve infantry combat with more medics, ammo and AT capability. I'm sure the team put some thought into this, and not just said, "Hey, how about reducing the number of limited kits for no reason at all?"

You have to look at these changes in the grand scheme, you can't pick them out of the pile and say THIS IS PROPOSTEROUS! This is a benefit to gameplay, as I have discovered during the testing sessions. Not every squad has the ability to kill an APC, not every squad has uber infantry kill capability with a grenadier, SAW, and marksman. You won't be able to get your limited kit every time, but it also adds more emphasis on the spawn kits that are drastically needed on the battlefield and in many cases are neglected with the current kit allocation parameters.

I'll give this a whirl. However, I see some "strategic spawn camping" in the near future of PR.

"Oh, he requested a limited kit! Kill him now, take his kit, then take out the rally."

If you TK someone and take their kit you die so i dont see that being a problem.

Well, considering that squads are now going to be sticking closer together (and other secret factors), you'll have to kill more than one guy before you pull it from his cold, dead hands. If you obtain an enemy limited it, it will be from luck or overwhelming force, not a calculated rally point camp.
